IMPORTANT IBIE HOUSING FRAUD ALERT IBIE HOUSING FRAUD ALERT It has come to the attention of the IBIE Committee that several housing companies are promoting hotel room reservations in conjunction with IBIE. Such companies are misrepresenting themselves by contacting IBIE registrants/exhibitors and claiming to be affiliated with the IBIE 2007, sometimes even using the IBIE logo. Ambassadors is the ONLY official housing company of IBIE 2007. Other housing companies using the IBIE name are not affiliated with IBIE. The legitimacy of any other housing company cannot be guaranteed. The IBIE Committee strongly encourages exhibitors and registrants to only use the IBIE contracted hotels and room block through Ambassadors. Special rates have been negotiated for IBIE exhibitors and registrants through Ambassadors. IBIE has no agreement with any other housing company and cannot guarantee the availability of rooms or rates they promote.
