What are the Expo hours?
10:00 am to 5:00 pm daily.

Who can exhibit?
IBIE is an exhibition exclusively devoted to the equipment, ingredients, products and services utilized across the entire grain-based industry. Only companies with a direct tie-in with this industry will be permitted to exhibit. Receipt of the space application and payment through our bank lock-box does not constitute acceptance of the application. Companies must enter their company description and web site on the official application if they have not previously exhibited in an IBIE show.

How may I request an Exhibitor Prospectus?
From the IBIE 2007 home page, prospective exhibitors can click on “Exhibitor Information” which will provide a link to the Exhibit Prospectus and updated floor plan. If you are not able to access this link, you may either submit your name under the “Request Show Information” button which will be sent to show management, or call our office at 312-673-4926.

How much does a booth cost?
The multi-tiered pricing for booths is shown on the space application – dependent on membership status and the size (total net square footage) of the exhibit space.

How can I find out about sponsorship opportunities?
All current exhibitors will be sent the 2007 Marketing Opportunities brochure on or around the middle of December. After that mailing, the brochure will be posted on the IBIE web site, or through the same link buttons shown above for requesting a prospectus.

When will I receive my Exhibitor Service Manual?
IBIE show management will conduct an Exhibitors Briefing Meeting on Tuesday December 19, 2006 at the Orlando convention center. At this time, the Exhibitor Service Manual will be distributed and reviewed with those in attendance. If and exhibiting company is not represented, the manual will be sent to the official contact shown on the space application. After December 15, 2006, all companies who sign up for exhibit space will receive their binder at the same time as the confirmation/invoice of exhibit space.

Exhibitors are sent one Exhibitor Service Manual. Show management asks them to be certain to pass along any pages that are pertinent to other staff and/or outside vendor (exhibit display house). Show management can not supply all outside contractors with their own manual.

How do I order Exhibitor badges?
The Exhibitor Personnel registration form is also located on the IBIE Web site which will “go live” on January 2, 2007. All companies will be given instructions on how to complete these forms, as well as a contact number in case problems occur. All exhibitors are responsible for entering all booth personnel on this system; no phone requests will be permitted.

Badge Allottment: Each exhibitor is entitled to four (4) exhibit personnel badges free of charge. Beyond that badges are allotted on the basis of the amount of square footage under contract. Each exhibitors allotment will be indicate on their individual page.

These badges are to be used ONLY for exhibitor personnel who will be staffing the booth during the official days of the show (October 7 – 10). All workers setting up exhibit booths will be given daily temporary set-up badges for the installation dates. These badges are also not be used as Guest badges.

How can I reserve a meeting room?
Once the company has been confirmed, they may request a Meeting Room Reservation form. Permission will only be granted for meeting rooms that meet the criteria established (shown on the form) and may not be used as additional exhibit space or to conduct meetings during show hours.

How can I find out about promotional opportunities to attract buyers to my booth?
Within the Exhibitors Service Manual, there will be a page that provides many ideas for helping promote your exhibit both in advance and at the show as give-away items.

Can I sell merchandise directly from my booth?
No merchandise may be sold on the show floor – only orders for post show delivery. Exhibitors who violate this rule as subject to being removed from the show floor, as doing so affects the official status of an educational trade show.

Are there other ways to participate in the Expo other than being an exhibitor?
No, you must be an exhibitor to obtain any meeting space, marketing opportunities, hotel suites, etc.
