IBIE 2025 – The Baking Expo™️

An Integral Resource for the Global Baking Industry to Overcome Today’s Challenges

The global baking community will reconvene at IBIE 2022, the first international baking industry event to take place in-person since the pandemic. Regarded as the most comprehensive baking industry event in the Western Hemisphere, with 30% of attendees visiting from 109 countries outside of the United States, IBIE is a truly worldwide event not to be missed.

“We can’t wait to welcome bakers and suppliers back for a reunion of epic proportions,” said Jorge Zarate, vice-chair of 2022 IBIE and global senior vice president of operations and engineering at Grupo Bimbo SAB de CV, Mexico City. “This year’s event is critical for baking industry leaders to stay ahead of what’s next.”

Infused with ingenuity and inventiveness, IBIE is where the industry comes together to exchange information, insights, and knowledge. IBIEducate, the world’s foremost baking event education program, is a huge draw for businesses ranging from independent bakeries to multi-national wholesalers. With more than 100 sessions offered, companies can bring their entire team for training tailored to various job roles and functions. IBIEducate participants will access expert-led training, actionable insights, and fresh ideas to set their teams up for long-term success. Additional learning opportunities will take place on the show floor, including new show features like the Sanitation Pavilion, Cannabis Central Pavilion, World Bread Awards (USA), Quick BITES (Baking Industry Trends and Education Stories), and a host of popular returning elements of the Baking Expo™.

IBIE Welcomes Back International Baking Industry Delegations

Continuing its legacy of fostering international business connections through its International Delegation Program, IBIE is partnering with the U.S. Commercial Service (USCS) at U.S. Embassies and Consulates abroad to recruit baking professionals worldwide to travel to IBIE and connect them with new U.S. suppliers. Participants in the delegation program receive exclusive benefits, including discounts on registration and IBIEducate and dedicated support with registration, travel planning, and designing their experience at IBIE. More details about IBIE’s International Delegation Program are available on IBIE’s International Visitors section of the website.

Dedicated Support for All International Visitors
