Convening once again in Las Vegas in 2022, the 700,000 sq. ft. event is expected to bring the entire professional baking community together in record numbers, connecting an anticipated 1,000 exhibiting companies with more than 23,000 baking professionals from all over the globe for four days of business-building interaction.
The Baking Expo™, sponsored by the American Bakers Association (ABA), the Baking Equipment Manufacturers and Allieds (BEMA), Retail Bakers of America (RBA) is recognized worldwide as the grain-based industry’s most comprehensive event, a “working show,” where millions of dollars of business is conducted daily.

The baking industry is continually evolving, fueling potential stories about new technology, baking trends, product launches, regulatory and safety issues and more. We invite qualified working media to cover them all with a complimentary press badge that provides:
- Exhibit floor access
- Use of the Media Information Center
- Access to all IBIEducate seminars and demonstrations
- Access to all special events (except the All-American Tailgate Party, which has a $50 ticket fee)
- Assistance in coordinating experts for interviews
Press credentials will only be issued to representatives of the media who cover the industry on a regular basis by publishing articles or writing regular reports on the baking industry. Private consultants and freelancers who are paid by a third party company are not eligible for a media pass, and should request a pass through the sponsoring company. Show management reserves the right to qualify all registrants and grant press credentials only to certain members of the media. Credentialed members of the press have access to a fully operational Media Information Center, located in Room N115 of the Las Vegas Convention Center. The office will be staffed during the following hours:
