EXHIBITORS

Exhibitor registration is available in the Exhibitor Resource Center. An email containing instructions for exhibitor registration was sent to the primary booth contact for your company.

PRESS & DIGITAL CONTENT CREATORS

Visit the website’s Press section for more information, including the media credentials and influencer policies. Members of the press and influencers should register here and supply proof of qualifications. Upon verification, IBIE will approve your complimentary badge.

STUDENTS & FACULTY

Students and faculty may register for IBIE 2025 at a discounted rate of $65. To receive a badge, credentials must be uploaded at the time of registration AND presented at an onsite registration counter. Learn more about our unique offerings for students and faculty here.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Students and faculty willing to volunteer for five hours can receive a complimentary registration (offering access to the expo and IBIEducate sessions). Volunteer opportunities might consist of helping with the show-floor competitions, celebrity-led demonstrations, and educational seminars. You’ll also work closely with notable demonstrators, competitors, and influential presenters.

CHILDREN

Absolutely no children under 13 years of age are permitted in the expo halls (including infants in strollers and baby carriers). Any attendees who attempt to bring children will not be permitted into the expo or IBIEducate sessions, and will not be eligible for a refund. IBIE Management will strictly enforce this rule for safety purposes.
