An IBIE Exhibit Hall Pass is a prerequisite to attend any education option below. Education items may be added to your order during the initial purchase or added at a later time.

EXHIBITORS
Exhibitor registration will begin on November 1, 2021. An email containing instructions for exhibitor registration will be sent to the primary booth contact for your company.
PRESS & INFLUENCERS
Visit the website’s Press section for more information, including the 2022 media credentials and influencer policies. Members of the press and influencers should register and supply proof of qualifications. Upon verification, IBIE will approve your complimentary badge.
STUDENTS & FACULTY
Students and faculty may register for IBIE 2022 at a discounted rate of $29. Credentials must be uploaded at the time of registration AND presented at an onsite registration counter to receive a badge.
IBIE also offers a Student Immersion Program designed to further support students in establishing careers in the baking industry. Aside from a complimentary exhibit hall pass, behind-the-scenes access to education programs, and networking with influential presenters – students selected for this program will be matched with an industry mentor, participate in meetings with select exhibitors, and receive a stipend for travel and accommodations. The Student Immersion Program application deadline has passed. At this time, we’d like to invite you to participate in the student volunteer program instead.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Students and faculty willing to volunteer for five hours can receive a complimentary Exhibit hall registration (this does not include IBIEducate sessions). Volunteer opportunities might consist of helping with the show-floor competitions, celebrity-led demonstrations, and educational seminars. You’ll also work closely with notable demonstrators, competitors, and influential presenters.

CHILDREN
We regret that absolutely no children under 13 years of age (12 and younger, including infants in strollers and baby carriers) are permitted on the exhibit floor. IBIE Management will strictly enforce this rule for safety purposes. NO EXCEPTIONS.
