Prior to becoming Director of Product Development at Bellarise®, Alex Peña’s career included roles as Head Baker, Pastry Chef, and Chef de Cuisine. Peña attended the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Pasadena, CA and the American Institute of Baking in Manhattan, KS. His affiliations include the American Association of R&D Chefs, Retail Bakers of America Association, and the American Pasty Chef Federation.
