Amir Hamidi is the Senior Food Safety Scientist at Agri-Neo in Toronto. He leads the Food Safety Science Department and Laboratory, and focuses on enhancing microbiological safety of foods, applying non-invasive interventions. Amir works closely with other functions on formulating different products, designing equipment, designing decontamination and sanitation processes. Amir received his Ph.D. from the University of Lincoln (UK) and has broad Food Industry related experience.
