Ciril Hitz is a Senior Instructor at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design and a Masters Degree in Education. His areas of specialization are artisanal bread and Viennoiserie. He won a silver medal at the Coupe du Monde de Boulangerie and a gold medal at the National Bread and Pastry Championship.
