Elizabeth Arndt

Elizabeth is the director of research and development for Panhandle Milling focusing on the development of grain-based mixes, bases, and ingredients. She has more than 20 years of experience studying, using, and conveying the benefits of whole grains and in developing cleaner label formulas. Elizabeth received a PhD in Grain Science from Kansas State University and a Masters in Food Science and Technology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
