Joshua Zars is the Regional Business Director of Food Enzymes at DuPont with 13 years of experience in the industry. In this role he is responsible for developing and implementing DuPont’s regional product and sales strategy for food enzymes & determining new applications for food enzymes in both developed and emerging categories. Joshua received degrees in Archaeology & Chemistry from the University of Evansville. He earned his MS from Purdue University and his MBA from Indiana University.
