Katie has a Masters of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States and a Bachelors of Science degree in Food Science and Technology with a Minor in Nutrition from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. She plays a key role in product development activities with a strong emphasis on enhancing the nutrition of BSM’s product portfolio. She also works with marketing and sales to promote the nutritional benefits of whole food, plant based ingredients.
