Tess Brensing is the R&D and Technical Products Manager for ADM Milling in Overland Park, Kansas. In this role Tess manages research on wheat, sorghum, and specialty ingredients; specifically focusing on ingredient functionality and applications. Tess received her bachelor’s degree in food science with a minor in cereal chemistry in 2009 and master’s degree in food science in 2011, both from Kansas State University. She is an active member of AACC International, Wheat Quality Council, and IFT.
