Dr. Tom Jondiko, Director of Ingredient Formulation and Quality Control at Bellarise®, holds doctorate and master’s degrees from Texas A&M University. He has vast experience in ingredient functionality and processing of consumer bread products. Dr. Jondiko serves as a member of the Professional Development Panel at AACC International, a program track reviewer for IFT, and a peer reviewer for scientific journals. He has spoken at AACC, IFT and Tortilla Industry Association educational sessions.
