Wholesale Bakers – IBIE Now Offers the Largest Baking Event Educational Program in the World

A new dedicated day of learning expands IBIEducate to more than 100 sessions.

Washington, D.C. — The International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE), commonly known as the Baking Expo™, set for September 7-11, 2019, announces its largest education program to date and the broadest offering in the industry, with more than 100 sessions. Designed to deliver a fresh, forward-thinking perspective on business, operations, and creativity, IBIEducate offers every role and every segment opportunities to learn. Targeted sessions are designed to allow attendees to gain valuable ideas and strategies to develop and improve product, optimize production, and increase sales and profits.

Additionally, IBIE announces a newly implemented day of learning—Saturday, September 7th. Tailored sessions will provide attendees curated, business focused tools they need to enhance and grow their businesses. Courses will include talent management classes with a concentration on acquiring, developing, and retaining workforce and cultivating great leaders. The day will also offer hands-on workshops and interactive sessions designed for artisan and retail bakers.
