The bread Oscars will be awarded live at IBIE!
After two years of highlighting the amazing Bread Heroes behind the loaf who have kept the nation fed, the Awards will again celebrate the loaf itself when, for the very first time, they take place at IBIE. There are 15 award categories covering an array of bread products, from baguettes and bagels to sourdough and flatbread. Aside from product categories, there are three specialty awards: Tiptree Show Stopper, Home Baker, and the People’s Choice Award.
Regarded as the USA’s most prestigious bread awards, they are judged by a stellar panel of judges. From Zachary Golper, James Beard Foundation nominee of Bien Cuit bakery, to David and Tracey Zabar of Zabars, to Dana Cowin, legendary past editor of Food & Wine – and many more.
Your entry includes a ticket to the exciting awards event at IBIE. You can win $1000, so dust off your recipes, dig out your mixing bowls and don your aprons – the awards are officially open. Learn more about qualification entry rules and apply by September 4, 2022.
