Getting Started is Easy
The IBIE 2028 exhibit and sponsorship contract releases on January 20, 2027.
- If you are new to IBIE, please complete the Exhibitor Request Form.
- Once submitted, our team will review your information, discuss available opportunities and guide you through package selection.
- You can always set up a time to discuss your options with our sales team here.
- Starting January 20, returning exhibitors and members of ABA, RBA, and BEMA will receive an exhibitor code from our sales team that will give you access to the contract application. Complete the contract in full with your signature and officially submit to secure your space.
What Happens After You Submit?
Application Review & Confirmation
Our team will review your exhibit space application within three (3) business days of submission. If additional information is needed, we will contact you before officially accepting your application. Once reviewed, you will receive an application confirmation and an invoice for the required exhibit space and/or sponsorship deposit.*
*Review the deposit schedule on the contract application. Deposit is due upon contract. After January 1, 2028, payment is due in full with your contract acceptance. Failure to pay will result in loss of selected space until paid in full.
Priority Space Selection – March 30–April 6, 2027
Are you a current member of ABA, BEMA or RBA, or did you exhibit at IBIE 2025?
Eligible exhibitors who submit their applications by February 19, 2027, will have the opportunity to participate in the live space selection process taking place March 30-April 6, 2027.
Space Assignments After the Priority Deadline
Applications submitted after February 19, 2027, will be assigned exhibit space beginning in late April 2027, based on the order in which completed applications and required deposits are received.
Deposit & Payment Requirements
A deposit is required upon contract acceptance. Please refer to the payment schedule outlined in the exhibit space contract for specific fees and deadlines.
For contracts accepted after January 1, 2028, payment in full is required upon acceptance. Failure to meet payment requirements may result in the forfeiture of selected exhibit space until the account is paid in full, subject to availability.

All exhibitors who want to participate in space selection must have their contracts submitted.

Live Space Selection
Dedicated Live Space Selection for all contracted exhibitors (priority given to Members of ABA, BEMA and RBA as well as IBIE 2025 exhibitors).
January 2028
Vegas Summit
Exhibitor Summit in Las Vegas at the LVCC and all final payments are due.

Make the Most of Your Exhibit Space
Do This…
- Customize your booth with branded graphics, displays and product demonstrations.
- Demonstrate baking equipment, technology and products, subject to applicable safety and utility requirements.
- Install approved booth structures within the height limitations for your booth type (regular in-line, corner, island, peninsula, etc.).
- Distribute promotional materials and giveaways from your booth.
- Schedule meetings and conduct business inside your booth.
- Arrange for utilities, furnishings, flooring and other booth services.
- Request approval for hanging signs where permitted, limited to a maximum of 20′.
- Add electricity, plumbing, compressed air, or other specialized services.
Not This:
- Extend displays, signage, equipment or other materials beyond your contracted booth boundaries.
- Block aisles, neighboring booths, emergency exits or required access areas.
- Exceed applicable booth height restrictions without approval or an authorized exception.
- Use neighboring booths or public areas as an extension of your exhibit space without permission.
- Suspend signage or structures without required approval and authorized installation.
