IBIE 2028 Space Sales opens on January 20, 2027. Priority Space Selection is offered to members of ABA, BEMA and RBA as well as past exhibitors from IBIE 2025. All qualifying companies were notified by email and direct mail. Booth space selection is ordered based on the Priority Points System.

General Space Selection will open to all suppliers, including new exhibitors, on February 19, 2027, and is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Priority Space Selection (members of ABA, BEMA and RBA and renewing 2025 exhibitors):

• Contract Launch: January 20, 2027
• Contract Due Date: Received or postmarked by 11:59 pm CST, February 19, 2027
• Space Selection: March 30–April 6, 2027. Members select first, followed by non-member renewals, based on the Priority Points System.

General Space Selection (open to all; no membership or exhibiting history required):

• Contract Launch: February 20, 2027
• Space Selection: April 5, 2027, and ongoing while inventory lasts. First come, first served.

An initial deposit* is required with the booth application and can be paid by:

• Credit card: accepted in the online contract system.
• Wire transfer: instructions are available in the online contract system.

• Overnight courier only: Bank of America Lockbox Services, Lockbox 744391, 6000 Feldwood Road, College Park, GA 30349

*Deposit is based on the total square footage of exhibit space. For contracted exhibit space of 3,999 square feet or less, a deposit of 50% is due. For space of 4,000 square feet or more, a deposit of 25% is due.

1. An initial deposit* must accompany the Application & Contract.
2. For those at or above 4,000 square feet, a second deposit of 25% (or an amount equal to 50% of the invoiced cost) is due May 1, 2027.
3. Final payment of 50% must be received no later than January 5, 2028.

Applications received after May 1, 2027, must include 50% of the total estimated space costs. Applications received after January 5, 2027, must include 100%.

When contracts open on January 20, 2027, you will be able to access the contract and complete it online. If your company qualifies for Priority Space Selection, contact the exhibit sales team at [email protected] to receive your booking code (unique password credentials).

Special hotel rates and travel discounts are available exclusively for IBIE 2028 participants through onPeak, the only official housing provider for the Baking Expo. The reservation system opens in April 2027.

IBIE does not sell attendee contact lists or data. Rogue list brokers often email exhibitors offering attendee lists, but these are not real IBIE attendees. Unofficial publications (such as “Baking Industry News” by Source Group Publications) are not supported by or affiliated with IBIE. These scams are common across the events industry and hard to pursue legally. Contact [email protected] with any questions about the validity of third-party communications.

Exhibitors receive three complimentary badges per 150 sq. ft. of exhibit space, with a minimum of three per company. Additional badges cost $100.

• 100–299 sq. ft.: 3 badges
• 300–449 sq. ft.: 6 badges
• 450–599 sq. ft.: 9 badges
• 600–749 sq. ft.: 12 badges
• 750+ sq. ft.: 15+ badges (3 additional per 150 sq. ft.)

For booth sizes that aren’t a multiple of 150, the count is determined by rounding down to the nearest multiple of 150.
