IBIE serves the full spectrum of the baking industry. The RBA Retail Bakers Center has specific programming for smaller-scale operations with demonstrations and sessions focused on business development, creativity and practical techniques. The broader event gives independent bakers access to ingredient, packaging and equipment suppliers that serve businesses of all sizes.

IBIE features a full schedule of competitions, demos, education and industry events across five days at the Las Vegas Convention Center. More information on specific programming will be shared as IBIE 2028 nears. IBIE offers 175+ IBIEducate sessions spanning every segment of the grain-based food industry, networking events and more.

The Business of Baking for Beginners, known as BOB, is an all-day intensive workshop held by the Retail Bakers of America (RBA) in conjunction with IBIE 2028 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. It’s designed for retail and wholesale bakery owners and operators with fewer than 10 years of industry experience.
