The most recent Baking Expo™ (IBIE 2025) featured more than 451,000 square feet of exhibit space, making it the largest show floor in event history. Attendees explored more than 7 million pounds of equipment, technology, ingredients and supplies from over 1,000 companies on the sold-out exhibit floor, including 486 brands making their IBIE debut.
