THE SPACE SELECTION PROCESS

• All companies in the IBIE database will receive a Save the Date email with the key dates for space selection.
• Companies that qualify for Priority Space Selection have received email invitations to complete their space application and submit a deposit.
• Personalized access links and booking codes for priority space selection were emailed to all qualifying companies throughout January-February, 2024; if a company did not receive this email or has trouble accessing the IBIE 2025 online application, please contact [email protected].

COST OF EXHIBIT SPACE

Members receive nearly 25% off exhibit space.
ABA, BEMA and RBA Member Rates: $37.75 per sq. ft.
Non-Member Rates: $49.00 per sq. ft.

• The contract and 25% initial deposit payment must be received or postmarked by 11:59 pm CDT, February 13, 2024, to participate in Priority Space Selection. Companies applying after this date will participate in General Space Selection in April 2024.
• Booths will be assigned based on a priority points system, March 18-26, 2024. Applicants will receive an email notifying them of their assigned date and time.

IBIE 2025 booth space and material handling are once again bundled together into one flat price. What does this mean for you?

  Because it is part of your booth fee, your material handling cost will be accounted for from the beginning. No bill at the end of the show means no surprises for your budget.
• Unlimited Material Handling
  Bring as much freight as you want — it’s all included in your booth space rate. The more you bring, the more you save. And the more product attendees can see firsthand — the more they buy.
• Advance Warehouse AND Direct to Show Site Available
  Send your booth and materials to the Freeman advance warehouse for worry-free delivery to your booth in time for your targeted move-in. Prefer to ship direct to the show site? No worries, that’s available too.
• Complimentary Lead Retrieval
  Your package also has lead retrieval options (1 device or 3 mobile licenses) for a turnkey experience for your booth staff.
• Exhibitor Badge Allotments
  Exhibitors are provided three (3) complimentary exhibitor badges per 150 sq. ft. of exhibit space purchased, with a minimum of three (3) badges per company. New for 2025: all exhibitor badges include complimentary access to all of the IBIEducate sessions (excludes Hands-On and other Specialty Courses).

*For all booth sizes that are not a multiple of 150, the number of comp badges is determined by rounding down to the closest multiple of 150.
