How do I book a hotel room?
Special hotel rates and travel discounts are available exclusively for IBIE 2025 participants through onPeak, the ONLY official housing provider for the Baking Expo™. The reservation system will open in April 2024.
When does housing open?
Housing opens in April 2024! To receive the best hotel rates in Las Vegas, click here and make your hotel reservations once it opens. Did you know that IBIE has dedicated exhibitor housing concierges who can help you book a block of rooms with additional discounts and perks for your team? Be sure to contact IBIE’s official housing provider for one-on-one support in booking!
Who is IBIE’s official housing provider?
onPeak is the only official housing provider for IBIE 2025. IBIE cannot guarantee room rates or availability by any other company or representative. Hotel reservations made through any company other than onPeak are at the exclusive risk of the individual and cannot be guaranteed by IBIE.
CAN WE EARN ADDITIONAL PRIORITY POINTS FOR STAYING IN THE ROOM BLOCK?
Staying in the official IBIE Hotels offers exhibitors the opportunity to earn even more Priority Points for the following Expo. Exhibitors are eligible for three additional space selection priority points when 75% or more of their registered exhibitor staff books and stays in the official IBIE block of rooms through onPeak. Contact Sarah Moore directly to book quickly and with additional assistance.
What Are Hotel Housing Scams?
If you are contacted about booking rooms by a company other than onPeak, please contact us immediately. Unauthorized housing providers for the IBIE 2025 show include (but are not limited to): BookMyRooms.
onPeak will work closely with IBIE to prevent unauthorized solicitations of IBIE Exhibitors and Attendees and will pursue these poachers to prevent future contact. A “poacher” is defined as a hotel or third-party hotel agency that is unaffiliated with the event, yet solicits business from known or potential event participants. Why is this a problem? These unaffiliated organizations offer nonexistent rooms or false pricing, which can cost IBIE participants hundreds of dollars.

All pre-registered exhibitor staff will receive an email with their individual bar codes. Barcodes are used to print badges on-site in the designated Registration areas in the North and West Halls.
• INDIVIDUALS: booth staff can print their individual badge at any scan & go counter with their bar code, or by using the search function to look up their name.
• GROUP PICK-UP: if preferred, the booth key contact (exhibit manager) may print ALL exhibitor staff badges for your company at once. To do so, please visit the “Group Badge Pick-Up” counter in the designated Registration areas.
NOTE: Badges can only be printed once.
- If the booth key contact has already printed ALL badges for the group, (meaning all individual exhibit staff badges were printed) and an individual attempts to pick up their badge on their own, they will be directed to retrieve their badge from the key contact for the booth. The individual’s badge will NOT be re-printed.
- Similarly to the above, if the individual exhibit staff member has already picked up their badge, and then the key contact attempts to print ALL staff badges, then they will receive all badges except for the individual badge that has already been picked up.
