Normas de inscripción

1. The Professional categories of IBIE World Bread Awards USA are open to all producers of bread sold commercially.

2. To participate, you must also register for IBIE 2025. You can register here: bakingexpo.com/register

3.  Entries must comply with the criteria for the category in which they are entered.

4. The closing date for entries is Monday, September 1, 2025.

5. The entry fee for all categories is $75 per entry.

6.  Travel and accommodation costs for attending the IBIE World Bread Awards USA in Las Vegas are not included in the entry fee.

7.  Additional tickets to the IBIE World Bread Awards Brunch may be purchased  by registering through the button on the top of this page.

8.  Travel and accommodation costs for attending the IBIE World Bread Awards Brunch in Las Vegas are not included in the price of additional tickets.

9.  Baked pastries and goods classified as Viennoise are not eligible for these Awards. These items typically include products made from laminated and enriched (with eggs, milk, butter, cream, sugar) yeast leavened dough or pastry. Examples include croissants, pain au chocolate, pain aux raisins, Danish pastries.

10.  Entries must meet health and food hygiene standards and be safe for sampling by the Judges.

11.  All breads MUST be delivered fully baked and ready to eat by 10 a.m. on Monday, September 15, 2025. The exact delivery location will be provided after registration. A timed delivery is strongly recommended to ensure punctuality. Bread that is late, uncooked, damaged, or technically unsafe will be rejected and not judged.

12.  Entrants may deliver their products in person, however submissions will not be accepted at the Artisan Village.

13.  Detailed instructions on packaging, labeling, and delivery will be provided to entrants via email after the competition closing date.

14. Entries must not have any identifying marks, logos, or decorations that could reveal the baker’s identity to the Judges. All entries will be judged anonymously on plain white plates or trays.

15.  All entries will be disposed of by the organizer after the event.

16.  Judges’ feedback will be available upon request and provided solely for the entrant’s guidance. Feedback must not be made public or shared with third parties.

17.  Award winners may use the IBIE World Bread Awards logo in their publicity and on winning products. The logo must specify the year of the award and can only be used on winning products.

18.  Judges of the IBIE World Bread Awards are not permitted to enter the competition.

19.  No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition results or judging decisions.

20.  The decision of the Chairman of the Judges is final.

LIBERACIÓN DE FOTOGRAFÍA Y VIDEOGRAFÍA Cuando usted entra en un evento o programa de IBIE, entra en una zona en la que se pueden realizar fotografías, grabaciones de audio y vídeo. Al entrar en las instalaciones del evento, usted da su consentimiento para que se realicen entrevistas, fotografías, grabaciones de audio, grabaciones de vídeo y su divulgación, publicación, exhibición o reproducción para su uso en noticias, emisiones web, fines promocionales, retransmisiones, publicidad, inclusión en sitios web, redes sociales o cualquier otro fin por parte de IBIE y sus afiliados y representantes. Las imágenes, fotos y/o vídeos podrán utilizarse para promocionar eventos similares de IBIE en el futuro. Usted renuncia a cualquier derecho a inspeccionar o aprobar cualquier foto, vídeo o grabación de audio tomada por IBIE o la persona o entidad designada para ello por IBIE. Usted ha sido plenamente informado de su consentimiento, renuncia de responsabilidad y liberación antes de entrar en el evento. CÓDIGO DE CONDUCTA No se tolerará ningún comportamiento inaceptable. El comportamiento inaceptable, en cualquier momento (antes-durante-después del evento), incluye pero no se limita a:

- Acoso, intimidación o discriminación en cualquiera de sus formas.

- Abuso verbal, que incluye pero no se limita a comentarios verbales o escritos, o imágenes visuales que sean sexualmente sugerentes, o que denigren o show hostilidad o aversión hacia un individuo, o grupo de individuos, o que creen un ambiente intimidatorio, hostil u ofensivo, o que interfieran injustificadamente con la capacidad de un individuo para participar en el evento.

- Insinuaciones sexuales no deseadas, petición de favores sexuales u otras conductas físicas, verbales, visuales o de otro tipo de naturaleza sexual no deseadas.

- Interrupción repetida de las presentaciones, incluyendo comentarios detractores o solicitudes a los asistentes; todos los participantes deberán acatar las instrucciones del moderador y de cualquier miembro del personal del evento de IBIE.

- Amenaza expresa o implícita de daño físico o profesional, incluidas las represalias personales o profesionales reales o amenazadas por un rechazo o una denuncia de comportamiento inaceptable.

Si es usted objeto o testigo de alguna infracción del Código de conducta para eventos, puede enviar un correo electrónico al equipo de IBIE a [email protected]. IBIE podrá revisar en cualquier momento el presente Código de conducta para eventos, cuyos términos no son negociables.
