BEST IN BAKING - PREMIOS DEL SECTOR
Together with Snack Food & Wholesale Bakery, IBIE recognizes suppliers and bakeries committed to positive transformation in the industry through the BEST in Baking industry awards. Established in 2010, these award categories have expanded to honor leaders among the array of initiatives the global baking industry is invested in. Topics include sustainability, workforce development, sanitation, packaging innovation, plant efficiency, and automation/robotics.


PREMIOS MUNDIALES DEL PAN EE.UU.
The World Bread Awards USA will once again take place at the Baking Expo™ to celebrate exceptional loaves. Judges will examine entries from 13 product categories, covering a range of bread products, including baguettes, bagels, sourdough and flatbread.

CONCURSO DE DECORACIÓN CREATIVA DE TARTAS
La creatividad será el centro de atención cuando seis equipos de decoradores de pasteles profesionales de élite se desafíen en un concurso de imaginación, arte y habilidad durante una de las competiciones de repostería más prestigiosas. Concurso Concurso de Decoración Creativa de Tartas de Pillsbury consta de cuatro categorías: tarta nupcial, fondant enrollado, tarta esculpida y crema de mantequilla.

PANETTONE WORLD CUP
Don’t miss the Panettone World Cup debuting at IBIE 2025! Experience the excitement of this festive baking competition and see who will represent the Americas in the global grand championship. The Americas Selection is open to pastry chefs from the United States, Canada, Mexico, Venezuela, and Uruguay. Winners will represent their country in the world final in Milan, Italy, in November 2026.
