The IBIE Events mobile application allows you to view the event and education schedule, exhibitors and speaker details. Users can take notes related to the sessions and the exhibitors.

Additionally, users can map directions around the IBIE campus, build a personalized agenda, and plan their on-site experience. Attendees will also have the option to schedule meetings with exhibitors and/or share information with attendees and colleagues with in-app messaging.

General Information

The Registration Area/Badge Pick-up for Exhibitors and Attendees (including group and international) is located on the second floor in both Halls – West Hall, Room W232 and North Hall, Room N257 of The Las Vegas Convention Center.
Once a badge has been printed, it will not be reprinted. Replacement badges are subject to the full onsite registration fee. To request a new badge, visit the nearest registration area. Identification may be required.

A First Aid station, staffed by a licensed EMT, is in the West Hall Lobby behind the Food Hall. For any emergency — fire, police or medical — while at the Las Vegas Convention Center, immediately proceed to the First Aid Center or call 702-892-7400 or dial 7400 from any house phone to reach in-house Security. Building Security will handle all contact with official service agencies.

For safety and insurance reasons, no one under the age of 13 will be admitted to the expo hall at any time — this includes infants, strollers and children carried in body carriers. This policy is strictly enforced by IBIE Show Management and security. Children ages 13 and up are permitted with a valid registration. However, proof of age (such as a birth certificate, school ID or government-issued ID) may be required. Admission is subject to approval at the discretion of IBIE Show Management, whose decisions are final.

Professional cameras are strictly prohibited except for the following authorized individuals:

  • Credentialed media with a camera pass (available at the Media Information Center, West Hall, Room W213)
  • Approved influencers/content creators with the designated badge type
  • Exhibitors contracting within their own booth space only

IBIE Show Management reserves the right to limit or revoke filming privileges at any time.
