Behind the scenes access and educational opportunities. Tasks include helping with the show-floor competitions, celebrity-led demonstrations and educational seminars. You’ll also work closely with notable demonstrators, competitors and presenters.
Networking with key industry professionals and potential employers. Over 23,000 baking professionals representing every segment of the grain-based food industry attend IBIE. Get in front of future employers and expand your network with established bakers, celebrity chefs and key suppliers.

STUDENT IMMERSION PROGRAM
Looking for a deeper experience? Launched in 2019, IBIE’s Student Immersion Program is designed to further support students in establishing careers in the baking industry.
In addition to the benefits listed above, students selected for this program will be matched with an industry mentor, participate in meetings with select exhibitors and receive a stipend for travel and accommodations. To qualify for the Student Immersion Program, you must attend IBIE for all days of the show and work as a session monitor at a minimum of six IBIEducate sessions.
