World Bread Awards USA
The IBIE World Bread Awards USA, the nation’s most prestigious bread competition, is back for 2025. With 13 award categories, including baguettes, bagels, and sourdough, there’s a place for every type of bread creation. Additional specialty award categories, such as the Showstopper (Savory or Sweet) and the Student Baker categories, add even more excitement to the competition.


Panettone World Cup – Americas Selection
The Panettone World Cup makes its debut at IBIE 2025! This renowned competition showcases panettone’s history, technique and global appeal. Experience the excitement of this festive baking competition and see who will advance to the global grand championship. The Americas Selection is open to contestants throughout the Western Hemisphere*. The winners will represent their country in the world final in Milan, Italy, in November 2026.
