Complimentary SHUTTLE Services

Shuttle buses are be available during peak hours to and from Official IBIE Hotels for guests who reserved their rooms through the Official IBIE Housing Partner, onPeak.

PARKING

Attendees can pay $15 with in/out privileges in the Diamond and Silver 1 lots at the Las Vegas Convention. Diamond is closest to the West Hall and Silver 1 is closest to the North Hall. Vehicles taking up more than one standard parking space will be charged accordingly. Parking spaces are very limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

RIDESHARE

Uber/Lyft drop locations are in the SILVER and DIAMOND lots.

MONORAIL

The Las Vegas Monorail Company provides transportation service that runs along the Las Vegas resort corridor and connects ten major resort properties and the Las Vegas Convention Center. IBIE attendees can purchase discounted passes using this link.

The Monorail is the easiest, fastest and most convenient way to get from one end of the Strip to the other in just minutes. Trains arrive every few minutes at each of our seven stations: MGM Grand Station, Horseshoe/Paris Las Vegas Station, Flamingo/Caesars Palace Station, Harrah’s/TheLINQ Station, Boingo Station at Las Vegas Convention Center, Westgate Las Vegas Station and SAHARA Las Vegas Station. The system is open 7 a.m. to Midnight Monday, 7 a.m. to 2 a.m. Tuesday through Thursday and 7 a.m. to 3 a.m. Friday through Sunday.   

VEGAS LOOP at the LVCC

The Las Vegas Convention Center also offers fast, convenient, free on-campus transportation!

Looking to travel around the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) campus? The Vegas Loop shortens commute time for passengers throughout the 200-acre Las Vegas Convention Center campus in a fun and convenient way, free of charge. The LVCC Loop can reduce what could be a 25-minute walk to a less than two-minute ride.

Attendees can access Vegas Loop via four stations (South Station, Central Station, West Station and Riviera Station).

This fast an convenient transport takes attendees across the convention center campus, connecting the West Hall with the North Hall for IBIE 2025. The primary stations for IBIE visitors are located outside the Central Hall entrance and in the Diamond Parking Lot, outside of West Hall, offering convenient access between the Resorts World Las Vegas Hotel Complex, Wynn Encore Complex, Westgate Hotel Complex and around the LVCC. Rides between the LVCC halls are complimentary; rides between hotels and the LVCC will incur a small fee.

Visit lvloop.com/tickets to purchase tickets for rides to/from hotels. Hours of operation vary based upon event calendar at the LVCC.
