REGISTRATION TYPES FOR IBIE 2025:
RETAIL BAKER
An individual who works in or owns a bakery business whether it is run from a home, small bakery storefront, or medium-sized operation. Products are typically sold directly to the consumer through a storefront and/or online, and not to third-party stores, distributors, or restaurants.
Wholesale Baker
An individual who works or owns a bakery business whether it is run from a small to industrial-sized operation. Products are typically sold through third-party stores or grocery chains, as private label products, to restaurants, or through other distribution services.
Allied / Non-Exhibiting Supplier
An individual who works in or owns a company that does NOT bake/make any baked product but creates an ancillary product or service that supports the industry. Examples include: financial services, real estate and leasing, ingredient suppliers, millers, equipment manufacturers, small wares, packaging, research firms, consultants, etc.
